Today I previewed the various 1 & 2 bedroom units and all the amenities of the TEN50 DTLA and I have to say I was quite impressed!

What I love is that you can expect your views to be open irrespective of floor plan you choose. Being a native Manhattanite with discerning tastes for new development, I thought to myself: Alas! Product I can relate to!

With only a little over a three acre footprint to work from, I really think they did a bang-up job on floor plan placement and making the rooms utilitarian. No wasted space! Common areas are very regal in atmosphere, which reminded me to a degree of the Baccarat Building in Manhattan’s East side but one third the price! I’m finding out that many of the condo owners (now 75% sold) are pied-a-terre folks who, instead of spending the money at hotels to stay in town to enjoy the many arts, culture, top restaurants, and shopping, are investing in their future by parking their money in a luxury investment such as this. Definitely possesses an international appeal.
Amenities boast resort-style zero-edge pool, Therapeutic Spa, Private dining room and gourmet kitchen, Business Center, Landscaped pool deck with outdoor fireplace, green space and barbecues, screening room, which I fell in love with! (didn’t want to leave) and substantial studio and yoga deck.
